Are your emails going to the Junk folder?
If your emails are accidentally going to Spam or Junk folder, read these articles listed below to troubleshoot your issue.
- Report your emails as Non-Spam or Not Junk in Outlook on the web. When you label and report these emails as Non-Spam or Not Junk, you are telling Microsoft email service that the selected email messages should not be marked as Junk and must be downloaded in your Inbox folder.
- Add recipients to your safe senders list. You can also add the recipients to your Safe sender's list to make sure you receive their emails in your Inbox.
- Create rules in Outlook on the web to automatically move your email to the Inbox folder.
