There are a few things we can run through:
- Check permissions in Teams and Zoom. Go to your Profile photo, then under Settings>Permissions. Make sure everything is allowed.
- Check permissions on your PC under Settings>Privacy, then check under Camera and Microphone that you have Teams and Zoom allowed...
- Run your Windows updates

- Go to Device Manager and look under Camera. Uninstall the driver and reinstall it for the camera. It appears the latest OS update caused some issues with the camera driver.
