Microsoft Teams is used at Overlake for messaging, meetings, video calls, and collaboration. Use the resources below to install Teams, learn its features, and manage notifications.


1. Download and Install Microsoft Teams

Install the latest version of Microsoft Teams on your Windows or Mac computer.

  1. Open the Microsoft Teams download page.

  2. Download the version for your computer.

  3. Install and open Teams.

  4. Sign in with your Overlake account.

3. Manage Teams Notifications

Customize Teams notifications to control how you receive alerts for messages, meetings, and other activity.

New capabilities to help you manage Microsoft Teams channels from creation to archival | Microsoft Community Hub

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.

  2. Click Settings and more (...) near your profile picture.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Select Notifications and activity.

  5. Adjust your notification preferences.
