Adding Overlake Calendars to Outlook

Learn how to easily add Overlake's calendars to Outlook for seamless integration and organization of all your important events and appointments.

Thanks the to imitable Chris Hayes, with much support and assistance by David Basham, you can now access all the important calendar events in one place: your Outlook calendar! You will be able to customize as you like, print in multiple ways, and stay up to date by the hour.

Here is how to add each kind of calendar: 

Personal Classes - These should just appear for you automatically. If you run into issues with this, please submit a help ticket. 

The Digital Planner 

  1.  Log into Office Online
  2. Click on Apps
  3. Click on Outlook
  4. Click on Calendar
  5. Click on Add Calendar
  6. Subscribe from Web
  7. Paste this URL: webcal://api.veracross.com/overlake/v2/events.ics?event_types=8,11,15,16,6,4,5,101,109,129&date_from=2024-08-01

US Color Days 

  1. Repeat Steps 1-6 Above
  2. Paste this URL: webcal://api.veracross.com/overlake/v2/rotation_days.ics?rotation=7&date_from=2024-08-01

MS Color Days 

  1. Repeat Steps 1-6 Above
  2. Paste this URL: webcal://api.veracross.com/overlake/v2/rotation_days.ics?rotation=7&date_from=2024-09-01

 Block Schedule

  1. Repeat Steps 1-6 Above
  2. Paste one of these URLs 
    1. for everything (both MS and US): https://overlake.org/veracross/blocks/
    2. For just US blocks: https://overlake.org/veracross/blocks/US
    3. For just MS blocks: https://overlake.org/veracross/blocks/MS/B
